THE BEST OF MSWC UNITED KINGDOM 2018

Wyboston Lakes in the United Kingdom hosted the second round of the MotoSurf WorldCup championship and it was a real stunner! Beautiful Ride Leisure facilities made it a fantastic background for the fastest motorized surfers in the world.

The JetSurf USA team racers were doing great this time and got valuable points into the overall Motosurf World Cup results.

Race series leaders and the JetSurf USA team success

 Throughout the weekend, it was super intense on the track. Series leader Lukas Záhorsky was fastest in the qualifying followed by Jacob Cornfeil just 0.146 seconds.

Zahorsky and Cornfeil were 1st and 2nd respectively after the heats. What a sensation came from the British Rebel Surf Team‘s Louis Allen hoping for top 20, he made it to final A finishing 4th fastest in FinalB.

 

 Martina Bravencova stormed the qualifying and heats in the women class. Aneta Schacherova came second and UK home girl Anya Coley was third in heats total scoring.

Coming to the finals, the JetSurf USA team racers Peter Prucha and Eric Bailey were attacking the podium positions for the whole race.  Being board on board every single lap, it was not clear until the final lap if they strike it to the podium finish. 

Eventually Peter Prucha finished on 5th place and got 94 points for overall Motosurf World Cup ranking.

Eric Bailey came just couple of seconds after Prucha on amazing 6th place out of 32 riders and got valuable 82 points for the overal ranking. What a result!  Home rider Louis Allen from Rebel Surf squad scored amazing 12th in the finals.

In the women class, Anjulie Bailey from the JetSurf USA team scored her personal best and finished on 4th place so close to podium finish. Home girl Anya Colley from the UK stole the place and finished 3rd after super consistent performances.

Aneta Schacherova came for the winner’s crown in the women class followed by last’s race winner Martina Bravencova.

The JetSurf USA team racers will fight for the podium finish again on 22nd July in Schanghai, China.

MSWC Shanghai, China and Busan, Korea

The race series will continue on the 22nd July in Shanghai, China followed by another MSWC race the week after in Busan, Korea.
